What do you suggest if my orthodontist said i have to get four teeth extracted before braces, will this affect my face negatively?

Hard to say...: Your orthodontist has the luxury of examining you and evaluating your dentition... get a second opinion from another LOCAL orthodontist who can also see your teeth and profile. Who knows, over the internet, sight unseen, if the extractions will affect your face negatively ?

Over expansion can also damage the bones and gum tissues around the teeth. No Dentist likes to call for extractions, but sometimes it's mandatory.
