Elbow pain: Sounds like the olecranon bursa is irritated. I would begin be getting a elbow sleeve that has a small silicon pain the covers over the spot. Wear this at every opportunity that you may be resting on your elbow. Expect less problems and sensitivity in that area in couple weeks.
