So i broke my right wrist a couple years ago and now it aches and hurts if i do to much with it or move it sometimes and when i rest my elbow on my moms car window my elbow after a little while will start to ache to and when i move my elbow it cracks?

It sounds like you may have arthritic changes (a degredation of the cartilage between your joints) secondary to your trauma and fracture. You should see an orthopedic hand specialist.
