Ulnar nerve: what you are describing sounds like ulnar nerve irritation at the elbow. Pressure on the elbow leading to tingling. Also wonder about pros subtle brachial plexus involvement with shoulder injury (or cervical disk in neck). Best to see your doctor for discussion and examination. Hope this was helpful. Best of luck
