Peripher. nerve,neck: This may be be related to disc compression in the neck, especially if you have an uncomfortable pillow or sleep in a specific position that triggers the sensation. This may also be related to peripheral nerves that travel down the arms and can get compressed during sleep. I advise that you see a neurologist to evaluate neck disks with potentially MRI or study nerves. Neuro exam will help determin.
