More likely nerve: issue. All nerve firing & muscle contraction is digital, the nerve does/does-not fire, muscle does/does-not contract. When healthy, the cumulative, ~1/1,000/sec muscle contractions are so well integrated that tremor is quite subtle (though always present). However, it the digital firing of different adjacent muscle fibers is not as well coordinated, than the pulses/tremor becomes more obvious.

Maybe nerve: Might consider nerve compression at elbow or wrist, which could be associated with keyboarding or texting. If persistent or frequent, have your doctor assess.
