Can you have circulation or oxygen problems with your fingers, although pulse oximeter constantly shows 96-98% readings when measured? my fingers are occasionally numb while sleeping or feel abnormally cold while in cold wheather or water?

Your symptoms are suggesting a neuropathic pathway, specifically if symmetric. Other causes cannot be ruled out, oxygen saturation appears normal otherwise. Best would be to mention it to your doc at next annual exam in order to decide if workup needed.
