What causes feet and fingers to go numb and have a tingling feeling? mine is going numb a lot more frequently they feel like they are "asleep"

Neuropathy: There are many causes of neuropathy- that "numbness and tingling" sensation that you describe. Given that there is a broad range of possible causes, it is best to seek medical attention for a thorough work up. Best of health to you!

Well,....: Generally, the feeling you are describing can be caused by circulation issues and or neurological issues. For example when you sit on your legs too long, they can "Fall asleep" and cause similar issues as yours. Diabetes can affect your circulation as well as the Nerves and cause a neuropathy, etc. See the Doctor and get evaluated and diagnosed, so you can be treated best. Good luck.
