If you feel anxious talking to people, have trouble falling asleep, or smoke, get drunk, or you are inattentive or distrust others you may be suffering from a "mental illness". There are many disorders where psychotherapy helps more than medications. And lots of disorders where you can get completely well without any form of treatment. Think positive, rejoice.
