A member asked:

If you have mental illness is it really nessecary to start medication? do you think just living with it could also be an option?

" Mental Illness"..: Includes a whole range of conditions. If you feel anxious talking to people, have trouble falling asleep, or smoke, get drunk, or you are inattentive or distrust others you may be suffering from a "mental illness". There are many disorders where psychotherapy helps more than medications. And lots of disorders where you can get completely well without any form of treatment. Think positive, rejoice.
