Take care of: yourself and listen to the professionals who are trying 2 help U. If they recommend medication, take it. If they think that psychotherapy is needed, go. Don't let your family's prejudices deter U from getting the proper care so that U can live the most productive life possible. If they see U improving, they may ask what has helped and B more open 2 learning more about living with mental illness.
