Healthy Meals: I commend you to lose weight. Have Balanced Diet with protein, carbohydrates, less Fat- 1500 Cal/day. Oatmeal, Plant Protein smoothie, 1% Milk, Yogurt, Nuts, Beans and lentil. Whole grain breads, Fruits. Greens, watercress, kale, arugula, Avocados, peanut butter. Drink lot of water filled with sliced whole lemons, oranges. Use creativity to make meals and snacks like Humus with crackers
