Worst?: You can have rampant cavities and gum disease. That's the worst case scenario. However, it's hopefully nowhere near that bad and not likely. However, this will come in time if you continue on your current path of not brushing and flossing along with not seeing your dentist every 6 months for checkups and cleanings. Your dental and medical health is in your hands and you alone are responsible.
