Baby Bottle Decay: Do you allow your child to go to sleep with a bottle in its mouth with either milk or juice? If so, you are bathing their teeth with bacterial nutrients for hours upon hours. If it is actually decay and not just stains, they need to be treated. See a pediatric dentist.

Call now: Decay is an infection requiring immediate treatment. Standard of Care is that all children be seen for 1st Dental Examination at eruption of 1st baby tooth, but NO LATER THAN 1st B'DAY. Your child has to be seen as soon as possible by a pediatric dental specialist, a Pedodontist. In the meantime don't ever put him/her to bed with a bottle. Call for an appointment now.
