There is Help: Depending on your neurological exam, mri, and where you are having pain you may be a candidate for additional surgery (hopefully not) or perhaps even intervention such as a spinal cord stimualtor or pain pump. Assuming epidurals and other injections have failed and that your are not a surgical candidate ask your doctor about the pain pump and stimulator options.

Old Treatments first: Before considering surgery or interventional pain procedures, you should consider treatment of trigger points. This condition is found in virtually all patients with your problem and almost never aggressively treated.Find a doctor who is experienced in dealing with this condition also known as myofasciitis. Most patients that ihave treated with this condition never require any additional treatment.
