Combo causes pain: Spondylosis is a degenerative condition of the spine. It happens when the joints in our spine degenerate. It can protrude into the spinal foramen.Disc protrusion refers to when the outside part (annulus fibrosus) weakens and allows the inside soft part ((nucleus pulposus) to bulge out. Ex. L3-l4, the nucleus pulposus between L3 and L4 protrudes out from the disc area. Combo can cause radicuopathy.
