Depends...: It depends on how significant the osteopenia is for your age group... Many caucasian females who have passed menopause are @ risk for osteopenia ( highest risk) and resultant osteopenia fractures of the hip, distal radius, lumbar spine, etc.See your pcp or ob-gyn for evaluation and possible treatment .
