Maybe, or not: Could be external influences (caffeine, stress, other meds/supplements, etc.), or internal (fast metabolism, body shape, etc.). Also, not everyone with hr=55 is a marathoner, and not all marathoners have hr=55. Should ask your dr at next regular visit for once-over and opinion, though.
