A member asked:

What does it mean if ecg showed short pr interval. & flat or low neg t in avl & v6. & high lateral and lateral repoloarization disturbance (mild) ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Different things: A short pr interval means that the heart beat is either initiated in a part of the atrium which is distinct from the sinus node (where it usually starts) or is being conducted with accelerated velocity to the ventricles. The other changes are "non-specific" and can be due to anything, like sodium, potassium or magnesium levels, medicines, lead position, skeletal variation and many other things.
