Food allergy: A detailed history is needed to see if you have real clinical reactions to that many food. It is likely that you have positive allergy testing to 20 types of food. One of the thing that confuses both patients and doctors who are not familiar with dealing with food allergy is to label patient to have food allergy due to testing. Testing just gages your risk of having allergic reaction to that food.
