Scars: Stretch marks are scars in the skin caused by rapid growth (usually during a growth spurt in adolescence or pregnancy) when the skin can not accommodate the growth with corresponding skin growth. There is no technique presently that erases scars from the skin, although some newer lasers are approaching satisfactory resolution.
