Can a separated shoulder that has healed on its own develop any complications later on? would i have full use of my arms for exercises like pull ups?

Late complications p: Healed shoulder means there could be scars. The extent of the scars and complications depends on the extent of damage to the joint. There is nobody without examining your and imaging studies that would be able to tell you the extent of complications and what you would be able to do. Importantly continue gentle range of motion exercises as tolerated and maybe seek medical evaluation may be helpful.
