It is true that if you have 1 c-section the next ones are in different place because of the tissues? or it can be in the same spot?

Same place: Usually we go in the same place. But you are right, there is scar tissue there which can affect healing. We usually remove the scar at the time of a second c-section if we think it will be hard to heal.
