Scabby skin lesion: A scabby skin lesion in someone with eczema is most likely to be an infection. If it doesn't settle or spreads, see your doctor in case you need antibiotics

Fungus?: This may be from a fungus infection (similar to what one gets in athlete's foot). Try an antifungal cream. If not helpful, see your doctor.
