C-section scars: If you mean the scar on the skin opened, it does not mean that the incision made in the womb to deliver your child opened also. In any event, the scar on the womb is almost certainly healed, but it would be advised to have your next child in a hospital setting, so the monitoring of your labor (if you choose a vaginal delivery attempt) is possible to avoid a tear in the womb during labor.

Get Thee ToTheSource: Why not ask your doctor about that, I mean the one who did the C-section, if available. If not, then one locally that does them. I'm wondering why you've had an unhealed portion of an incision site for 2 years.Did no one express concern over this? Someone needs to look at it and ask a few questions then discuss the whole thing with you, but not just on an advice column limited to just a few words
