Likely normal: Plicae Fimbriata. This is a normal finding under the tongue. May look like little fringes. If you have been sticking your tongue out over the tops of your bottom teeth, then the white spot could be irritated tissue. Check the edges of the bottom teeth for sharpness if this applies. Otherwise, see your Dentist if it does not improve in a few days. Good Luck.
