The only way to diagnose a rash is by seeing it. So, you should take your son to a doctor so that his rash can be examined and a diagnosis can be made. Once a diagnosis is made, the proper treatment can be rendered. A dermatologist may be needed if the pediatrician cannot diagnose the rash. Good luck to you both!
