See a urologist: You need to find out the reason for blood in your urine. Hip ct probably did not cover the necessary anatomy. Could the ct have been of the entire abdomen and pelvis? Also, was contrast administered via a vein? If no to either or both, may need a dedicated kidney ct (ct urogram), and/or ct for kidney stones, which is a common reason for blood in the urine, but does not explain "burning".
