Yes: Recurrent "bladder infections" cause for concern. Need a culture to prove actual infection. On more than one occasion, i noted doctors treat recurrent "bladder infections" based on symptoms of frequency & urgency absent urine tests or cultures. These symptoms can accompany fibromyalgia & interstitial cystitis & absent provable bacterial bladder infection. Urologists can find tract obstructions.
