Resolution needed: Your combination of vaginal and bladder infections need to be resolved as to causation, thorough investigation with history/physical and testing. A Urologist may be helpful for the chronic UTI's as a referred MD. Chronic UTI's can lead to serious renal infection. The Urologist will look for urinary system obstructive causes.
