Yes: Recuurent bladder infections is not an uncommon problem. Patients can get a presistent bladder infection inadequately treated due to resistance to a certain antibiotic or a new bladder infection can also occur after the first infection has be totally cured. If you still have persistant symtoms despite antibiotics see your provider you may benefit from a urine culture to check for resistance.
