Itch without rashes: It looks like you have chronic pruritis without a specific skin disease. Make sure you see a doctor and that you don't have chronic liver/kidney/thyroid diseases and other etiologies that may cause itch like hiv, tumors, lymphomas, polycythemia... Topical steroid only helps if you have skin rashes due to inflammation. Moisturizer, capsaicin and otc allergy meds may help. Treatments may vary.
