Heavy drinking is associated with inflammation of the tongue and gingiva or inflammation of the mouth corner, also known as angular cheilitis. Vaping and e-cigarette use can also contribute to angular cheilitis. Research also tells us that most cases of cheilitis are caused by a poor diet and nutrient deficiencies. Certainly stopping the contributing activities and improving diet can help.

It is possible, however, do you take vitamins. Possibly take vitamins with B complex to see if issues resolved itself.
