What are symptoms: What the risks are of not treating those anatomical findings depends and what your symptoms are. The spinal stenosis is of more concern as it may lead to a more severe neurological deficient and the potential for permanent damage a concern. If there are no symptoms, the risks may be less. In any event, best talk to you Doctor.
