I have allergic rhinitis and my nasal bones are swollen is this one of symptoms ?! i took nasonex (mometasone) prescribed by my dr but the swelling & pain increase

Nasonex (mometasone): You must aim the nasal spray away from the nasal bone, or septum and towards the sides of the nose, this will treat your symptoms better and ease the nasal irritation you are experiencing. You also should use a saline nasal spray for 2-3 days if you start having nose bleeds then resume nasonex (mometasone). If it continues, tell your doctor about your side effects.
