A member asked:

If nasonex (mometasone) doesn't help fix the nasal congestion what are alternative solutions, i suffer from reduced airways resulting from middle turbinate swelling?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Congestion: A nasal antihistamine added to Nasonex (mometasone) can help, antileukotrienes can help but ultimately you need to visit an allergist, get tested to determine your triggers and see if you are a candidate for allergen immunotherapy.
