Go see your doctor: Sounds like you're on a good regimen, including leukotriene inhibitor, oral antihistamine & nasal steroid. Find out what's causing allergies by getting skin or blood test looking for allergens that can be avoided. Short of that, you can try different antihistamines and/or nasal steroids. Just b/c one brand doesn't work doesn't mean another won't. It's like choosing btwn chevy, dodge & ford.

Next step: Get a thorough ENT exam, possibly there is an anatomic reason for your continuted congestion; like a deviated septum or turbinate abnormalities; or enlarged adenoids(not likely in adult). Also, allergy testing can be done and possibly you could get started on allergy immunotherapy(shots) or sublingual immunotherapy(drops under tongue) to give you better symptom control and treat the problem.
