I have tree allergy, active in jan/feb. i had a runny nose, itchy eyes and lot of sneezing this week, and woke up with the right side of my throat hurting/feeling swollen. i can feel the swelling under my jaw. is it from the allergy, & what to do?

A person can have allergies and an infection at the same time.
