Dislocated shoulder: Effects of a dislocated shoulder are that you have torn the capsular ligaments surrounding the shoulder and these need to heal first once reduced, and followed by an orthopedist. If after healing there is any instability you may need an MRI and possible arthrocopic shoulder surgery.
