A member asked:

I was diagnosed with double pneumonia yesterday, i am light headed, shortness of breath, and have a high fever, born with vsd. what should i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Poor response to tx?: Bilateral pneumonia can be very serious. It is important to drink plenty of fluids, rest and take all prescribed medicine. If you are getting worse or simply not responding adequately to treatment, you should be reassessed. The doctor should be made aware of the vsd. It could be important, although it is probably unrelated.
