See your doctor : Sinus infection can give you similar symptoms. But in this day and age, with the multiple symptoms COVID can give I would get tested and treated.

Agree. The particularly concerning part of this is the low oxygen saturations, which notably raise concerns for a lung infection of any type and potential for worsening. Definitely prompt evaluation.
