See your doctor ....: Right away. You may also need to see the doctor who did the aneurysm coiling. This sound may relate to the procedure, or be caused by something else, but you need to know what is causing it and what, if anything to do about it. Something to consider is carotid bulb dehiscence and or a high jugular bulb. Make sure your old ct and MRI scans of the head are reviewed.

Treating MD: You need to discuss this with the doctor who performed the procedure on you. There are many things this could be. Frequently a follow-up angiogram is performed after coiling which can help rule out dangerous diagnoses.
