I have chest pains, ruled out heart condition, traces of blood in cough, generally tired, ear numbness at times, might be anxiety, might not. help!

Did they : Rule out pneumonia???! Or other serious lung condition?? If so it most likely is anxiety. It is common to have a trace of blood after strong coughing . Other causes need to be ruled out though.
