Did they : Rule out pneumonia???! Or other serious lung condition?? If so it most likely is anxiety. It is common to have a trace of blood after strong coughing . Other causes need to be ruled out though.

Im 23, Ive had a ekg, blood tests, and chest X-ray 4 times in the er for chest pain and palpitations. Everytime they tell me all the tests are good. They tell me its anxiety and stress related, should I worry about heart attack after all the test?
Caught covid and now have severe anxiety. Having chest pressure, warmth feeling and trembling attacks. Been to hospital, medics been over 3 times, done 4 ECGs, X-ray and blood tests: all normal. Now feels like heart is weak, especially after exertion?
