It will get better: It will get better....Be more gientle in the cut area, keep your teeth clean...It will heal in 7-10 days like any injury or sore in the mouth. No additional remedy necessary to hasten healing. Warm salt ( pinch of ) rinsing may be soothing, 4-5 times a day.
