Diet and exercise: Always eat breakfast. Eat small meals including breakfast. Five meals a day. Total 1200 calories. Make sure to have 5 servings of vegetables and fruits and have proteins with every meal. Start an exercise regimen 5 days a week. Even if you walk 12 minutes after every meal you will walk an hour a day. During plenty of water avoid soft drinks . Decrease stress and improve sleep.
