Yes: It has been shown that diet, exercise, and weight loss can cause the return of regular cycles and potential ovulation. Clomid (clomiphene) is used to increase the chances of ovulation. These methods are often used to help women who have been diagnosed with poly cystic ovarian disease and may be having difficulty getting pregnant. Any diet that promotes healthy eating with exercise should be fine.

Probably not: It is not known that exercise increases chances of becoming pregnant with clomid (clomiphene). It is ok to do regular exercise while on clomid (clomiphene). It can be a problem for those who do severe exercise like athletes as they may not get period. Not aware of any particular diet but healthy eating almost always is good.
