Cirrhosis fluids: Many fluid shifts occur in cirrhosis, with abdominal expansion as the most common, more so than edema in the legs. Requires certain types of diuretics to be effective and may require drainage. Deep breathing may be a problem. Should be managed by a specialist and dietary restrictions may be helpful.
