Probably not: The only way i can see this happening is if you are not getting enough good nutrition, enough protein and minerals (like potassium, calcium and magnesium), are too fatigued to exercise and loose muscle. So take care of your nutrition and exercise!

No: I agree with dr. Bina. Additionally, the posture problems in and of itself won't cause spine problems as well.
