See below: Stay active.....That is the biggest thing to do. Several medications may help including cymbalta, savella, (milnacipran) or lyrica.

Several: ? what for fibromyalgia (FM). 3 FDA-approved pain meds plus Tramadol & muscle relaxer Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl). IMO best analgesic is cannabis. Chronic soft tissue spasm is common in FM sufferers & generates multitude of anoxic trigger points. Trigger point injections provide temporary pain relief. Permanent relief is obtained by reconditioned & toned soft tissues via aquatherapy, walking, gentle yoga, massage.
