Yes: ? If fibromyalgia can cause unilateral hand weakness. I noted not insignificant portion of FM sufferers w. concomitant Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, which can include mechanical impingement of brachial neurovascular bundle, associated ipsilateral hand weakness & even expressions of Reynaud's Syndrome symptoms. Both motor & autonomic nerves transit costo-clavicular dimension, i.e., Thoracic Outlet.
