It may or may not as: There are several different possibilities for your symptoms including none cervical spine ones-some may arise from the cervical spine but may also not be diagnosed by the MRI as well-tests are usually done to confirm or help to narrow done the possible causes after a careful history and exam is done by a physician who will then order the appropriate tests or referrals
